Account Registration
One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are opened from the same person, family, household, IP address, or device, bet3 reserves the right to close those accounts and cancel any bonuses credited.
Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:
- Your real name (as on your national identity card)
- An active email address
- A valid mobile number
- Your correct date of birth
Providing incorrect or false information will cause account verification to fail and may result in withdrawals being put on hold.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the bet3 support team immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at bet3: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Deposits may only be made using a method registered in your own name
- Third-party payments are not accepted
- Deposit amounts must be within your set daily limit
Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Processing time: usually within 1 hour
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawing
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
- If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawals may be partially held

Anti-Money Laundering
bet3 follows an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may temporarily suspend the account and request additional verification. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes — using them as a means of money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at bet3, you will receive a 120% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
- Example: ৳14,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳22,000
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, bet3 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings
- VIP programme benefits are governed separately under the applicable rules
- bet3 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time
Gaming Rules
General Gaming Terms
All games available on bet3 are operated by various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Each game has its own rules and Return to Player (RTP) policy as set by the game provider.
- All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG)
- bet3 reserves the right to void payouts resulting from a technical error
- If a game disconnects due to a network issue, the outcome will be determined based on the last saved state on the server
- If a technical error occurs in a live casino game, the game may be replayed or the bet refunded
Sports Betting
Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports is conducted under the following terms:
- Bets can be changed or cancelled up until the match begins
- If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with bet3's rules
- If clearly incorrect odds are offered, bet3 reserves the right to void those bets
- All bets will be finally settled in accordance with the official result
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet3:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Using manipulative betting strategies to obtain bonuses (bonus arbitrage)
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical fraud
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
- Depositing or withdrawing using third-party funds
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
- Engaging in inappropriate, threatening, or discourteous behaviour towards other users
If a prohibited activity is detected, bet3 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary, without prior notice.

Account Closure
Closure at User Request
You can contact the support team at any time to request the closure of your account. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned via a valid payment method.

Closed at bet3's initiative
bet3 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Dispute Resolution
The following process will be followed to resolve any dispute between bet3 and a user:
- Step 1: Contact the support team directly and attempt to resolve the matter
- Step 2: If an initial resolution is not reached, submit a formal complaint and we will respond within the specified timeframe
- Step 3: If both parties remain unsatisfied, resolution through a neutral third party mediator may be considered
In disputes regarding game outcomes, the data stored on bet3's servers will be considered the final evidence. If no objection is raised within 30 days of the date a complaint is submitted, the transaction in question will be considered final.
